“The unit was a unique cozy property. Close to downtown and very nice. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Loved the neighborhood. Comfy bed, super receptive host. Thank you”

“Andrew is very friendly and I love that he allows people to travel with their pets. The stairway leading up to our unit is carpet and our old dog had no trouble finding sure footing on the way up or down. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable. A great place to stay!”

“Perfect location!!!”

“The best place to say in Newton. Comfortable and roomy apartment, easy parking, and walking access to downtown. The bed is comfortable and it has a decent shower.”

“Everything was great. Very clean room and everything you need on the same stretch of road.”

“I was offered a different place on the day of my check-in. The unit I booked was on the 2nd floor, but the unit I received was on the fourth floor. The issues: This is next to a Railroad track and the trains during the night blow their whistles. At least 4 times after 10 pm and during the night. The AC system is not working, there is an AC unit full of dust by the window and a floor fan, which I ended up using. There's a lot of dust and dirt by the floors near the windows. Toilet bowl was……

“Angel is just that, an absolute angel! She’s an excellent host! She is always available for any question or concern. And ready to help in any way possible!”

“I wasn't all that impressed with the cleanliness of the room when I arrived but our host was gracious and eager to make things right away. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Will come back!”

“The property was very clean, quite and convient. Our only real issue and this does not relate to the property was poor Verizon mobile phone service in either Iowa Falls or Alden. However, the Wi-fi in the VRBO made everything OK. We would stay again. Alden was a nice quite, clean town. We enjoyed walking the river area. We would or will stay in the future. Host was very responsive. Parking was good.”

“Great location, easy access, nice, clean and affordable. Could have used a bit more instruction on check out (ie where to leave the key). Other than that - no complaints!”

“The place was comfortable and clean and the AC worked great! There are a lot of stairs, if you can't do stairs will not be a good place.”

“Such a cute, clean, and quiet apartment, it was perfect for a quick stay overnight.”

“Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff.”

“Showed up to soaking wet towels, but folded on the bed for some reason. Dryer did not work properly and towels were still wet three hours later. Was very late to reservation made a month before. Host offered to bring new towels "Tomorrow", even though we were only staying one night. Host stopped responding after problem persisted... Street parking was extremely limited, There is a massive construction project directly in front of the apartment complex.I would look elsewhere for……

“Long story short, don't waste your money. The unit smelled of smoke and was dirty when I arrived. I looked closer and noticed the place wasn't even clean one bit. The bathrooms were dirty and gross; I could tell it hadn't been touched because the sinks had hair and grime in them, as did the showers. There were only 2 body towels per room when I signed up for 6 guests. No clean dishes; the hand soap was watered down and damn near out of soap in each bathroom and the kitchen! The host did……

“The pros were that the property and building were quiet, check in and out was easy, and everything worked (TV, fridge, etc). However the unit itself felt somewhat dingy/dirty, particularly the floors. The washing machine had a musty/mildew smell but luckily we were not trying to wash anything as we were only spending one night. The most egregious offenses in my opinion were: 1. We were only given 1 washcloth and 2 bath towels. Again luckily we were only there one night, but this would have……
