「Andrew is very friendly and I love that he allows people to travel with their pets. The stairway leading up to our unit is carpet and our old dog had no trouble finding sure footing on the way up or down. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable. A great place to stay!」

「Location was good. Looks to be an up-and-coming area. A little bit of a hike, but walkable to downtown. Check-in was easy however there was no parking pass or fob as promised. We had to find street parking. We were told they could drop off a parking pass, but not until the day we were checking out. After the first night, our door code was disabled and we were locked out. Luckily there was quick communication with the host and they were able to remotely reset the code. Blinds on patio door didn’t...

「Perfect spot for my needs. I am a retired traveler, and this place had everything I needed. The photos are accurate, the apartment was very clean, and everything worked properly. It is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance (the Thai restaurant in the building was a huge bonus). It is in walking distance of the Capitol Building, the sculpture garden, and Gray's Lake. It is on a major surface road, but there was zero noise in the apartment....

「The property was very clean, quite and convient. Our only real issue and this does not relate to the property was poor Verizon mobile phone service in either Iowa Falls or Alden. However, the Wi-fi in the VRBO made everything OK. We would stay again. Alden was a nice quite, clean town. We enjoyed walking the river area. We would or will stay in the future. Host was very responsive. Parking was good.」

「We arrived after check in time to find the property not properly cleaned. There were dirty dishes put back in the cabinets, toothpaste in the sink and on the mirror, sheets not on one of the beds and dead bugs on the floor among other things. Requested the unit be cleaned that evening as we were uncomfortable staying there in that condition. The manager called me and said their cleaning crew couldn’t come out and offered to refund the cleaning fee. Found that unacceptable and requested a full...
