“The bedsheets all had stains on them. We were shown other rooms but they also had stains on the bedsheets. Housekeeper offered to wash them the next day but I hoped the bedsheets were without stain when we checked in. You definitely need slippers when walking around in your own room because the floors didn’t look clean. Restrooms were pretty much the only clean thing. We checked out 30 minutes after we got there because of the space and the neighborhood was unsafe. There was a smashed at the……

“It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code.”

“I booked this place thru expedia for 3 nights, and stayed there for 2 nights, the third day I flipped the pillow and almost vomited when I saw the dirt and the black hair on the pillow, then i looked under the cover and saw tiny little pieces of dirt and black hair. Also on a second day while sitting in my room locked there was somebody knocking and trying to open the door very agressively saying that he brought me the keys. The place is refusing the refund and an apology.”

“I booked this for my birthday trip with my friends check in was nice we were given a very helpful cute link to answer any questions. The place was very cute & clean (besides the sink not being able to drain our whole duration of the trip). However when an emergency occurred an hour after we checked in there & we didn’t have electricity for 48 hours in a heat wave with temperatures over 100 degrees it was disappointing trying to communicate with the host & vrbo about solutions lacking any……

“ we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day……
