「The hall smelled like cat pee. Pets were allowed so every morning there was a dog barking outside. A/C could not keep up, but staff did find us a fan. Not enough outlets in the room. Q- Tips and Kleenex behind the furniture.」

「The pool and spa were not available (no water in either). Poor advertising, as I think it had been down for quite a while. Also advertised free WiFi. Couldn’t find anything that gave a password. The front desk was not manned. I would have appreciated a hair dryer in the bath room. Rooms were clean.」

「The place is very run down. The door to the hallway on the side of the building never locked - so anyone who wanted could enter the building at any time. The sheets were stained. The towels were the smallest, most rough pieces of cloth ever made. The bathroom was disgusting, definitely was BARELY cleaned after the last customers. I was afraid to use the ice machine because there was black “stuff” (mold?) on it. The breakfast was very minimal, I was sad to not even see any fresh fruit - just...
