「House was very clean. Loved openess living dining area. Beds very comfortable. Recliner was broken, water smelled like sulfur which would have been nice to know before arrived. Was missing some of basics listed on amenities and hosts seemed defensive when called about them, but had them dropped off later. It met our needs and we did have a great time inspite of the above mentioned. 」

「Very nice home, well equipped. Kid's loved ping pong and foosball in garage. Bedrooms were good sized and beds comfortable. We grilled out on two nights and watched the Olympics. Our family had a great time and location of home was ideal for ease of going to shopping, restaurants, etc.」

「We had an excellent weekend! We used the place for a family snowshoeing trip with adults and little kids! Talia was very responsive and great to work with. The lower level had in floor heat they weren’t wrong when it said it takes a while. It never got warm on its own, and thankfully we found the space heater. With little kids this was concerning. Otherwise the place was great and would recommend. 」

「The first thing I noticed was the entrance. Dirty, peeling painted chairs and a huge pile of some metal pieces stacked up on the corner. Back and front entrances looked liked they hadn’t been swept all summer. Dead, overgrown weeds all around the house. Walked in and the musty smell was overbearing. Couldn’t open windows because they were painted shut. It is basically a demo house waiting to happen. I had to get a different place to stay. Don’t waste your money. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay while visiting my dad in Little Falls. The location was great — close to downtown with lots of wonderful restaurants and cute shops nearby. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus and perfect for our dog. It was a relaxing and easy place to stay, and we would definitely come back. Shannon was great host!」

「This place is rustic, but has potential. No communication from host as to how to get in. I tried emailing the host via VRBO, calling, and texting. After texting I got the code to get in and the wifi. You have to have your own water to drink and cook with. It is well water without a filter for getting useable water. The well water has a potent smell and taste of iron. There aren't any curtains in the back of the house and the roll up curtains in one of the bedrooms aren't great. The furniture is...
