Best Western Airport Albuquerque InnSuites Hotel & Suites
4/10 Poor
"The staff was very nice, clean room, bed is kinda hard. The hotel is older so you can hear every footstep people make above you if you are on the 1st floor. It was very loud. You can also hear the water the use for the shower. Other than our room being right by where the maids are located and hearing them right outside our room at 9am, everything else was nice. We didn't eat breakfast, we missed it,but it looks like they have a very nice set up with lots of choices. They also had chips and salsa and cheese dip and sodas in the afternoon when we checked in. So that was nice. They also have a laundry facility that takes quarters."

"Served a nice breakfast, hotel was within walking distance to downtown and there was ample parking"

Nativo Lodge Hotel Albuquerque

"To cut it short: if you plan to sleep at night, do not stay here. The hotel ihas the look and feel of a cheaply remodeled old roadside hotel. Inside, everything feels old and outdated. Paint chipping off, the elevator makes very discomforting noises, it's dark and somber. The worst is the noise level. The in-room AC is as loud as a chainsaw, and the entire room vibrates when it is on. We had to unplug it (it does not have an off switch) and sleep in a hot room. Worse than that is the freeway noise. I don't think the windows have been replaced since the property was built decades ago. These windows provide no noise protection, and you hear the freeway as loud as if the windows were open. The hotel is next to a freeway onramp, and cars accelerate there loudly, we were woken up many times by freeway noise. On the positive side, the staff is friendly, the bed was comfortable, the shower is hot and has good water pressure, and the size of the room is generous. It has a large TV but I was not able to use it because it would not turn on (perhaps the remote was dead, don't know). I would definitely not stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone. For the same price (we paid $160), you can get a much better hotel. Don't be fooled by the cool artsy pictures on the website. The wall art looks a lot less fancy when you are there."

"Staff was very friendly! However, the hotel was lacking updates and communication was not the greatest. We were told to call down 10 minutes in advance if we wanted the valet to pull our car around. Two out of the three times they never got the message to pull it around so we ended up having to wait 20 minutes, making a slate for other reservations and activities. Hotel room door had big gaps and you could see light and hallway conversations happened as if they were in your hotel room. The safe wouldn't open so we could get our belongings out, we called down and waited a half an hour before calling again. Evidently security never got the message so we ended up waiting a total of an hour for someone to come open the safe for us. Twice we went up to the pool on the second floor rooftop and doors were locked 20 minutes after opening time. Restaurant food at Agave was amazing! However, the service was mediocre. We ate there a total of four times and three out of the four times we had to wait 15 min after our meal before we received our bill and never got the to-go boxes we asked for, but they remembered to take the bill back from our table and charge us for the orange juice they forgot to add. Again, everyone was very friendly, just poor communication between staff members. Rooms were clean."

Hyatt Place Albuquerque Airport

"Ordered a king bed; arrived late and all they had were double queens. Parking exhorbitant at $10 per day. The uncovered long term airport parking a short distance away is less than half that. "Fitted" sheets much too large for the queen beds. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room quite large and well-appointed."
