“No frills low cost hotel. Conveniently located off the highway. Clean and well appointed room. ”

“I attempted to check in for my reservation and no one was at the front desk. Music was blaring in the back office however no one answered when I repeatedly called for someone. Waited approximately 20 min and no one showed up so I left to find another motel, as I needed to find a place to sleep as I was on a tight schedule.”

“To much loitering of non residence around the property. Did not feel safe and left immediately. Did not get a refund, even though I did not stay there.”

“We checked in very late because of a medical issue. They had no record of our reservation, even though I had called the day before to alert them of a late check in. It worked out okay, but definitely caused some concern. They told me they didn’t use Hotels.com… what is the problem ???”

“I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TAKE THE HOTEL OFF YOUR LIST. I BOOKED IT THRU HOTEL.COM BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY COULD NOT FIND THE RESERVATION. I DID HAVE THE CONFORMATION NO. BUT THAT DID NOT HELP. HE ENDED UP CHARGING ME MORE THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED WHEN I BOOKED. THERE WAS NO SOAP OR SHAMPOO IN THE ROOM. IT INDICATED THERE WOULD BE BREAKFAST INCLUDED BUT ALL THERE WAS WAS A POT OF COFFEE AND A BAG OF BREAD ON THE COUNTER AND NO ONE AROUND TO ASK ABOUT ANYTHING. THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL. WE WERE CHARGED……
