「Property accurate listing, area was very quiet, more adult friendly than child friendly, which was awesome for us. Nearby beaches are not white sands and clear waters, drove roughly 55 minutes south of Property to Clearwater beaches north which is less crowded and beautiful beaches. Would recommend this Property for stay in the future. 」

「The location was great, they had everything we needed. We were very pleased. We could see the fourth of July fireworks from the balcony it was a great experience.」

「We stayed for 3 nights. Condo perfectly located to walk into town for shopping and dinning. We'd stay again. The condo was clean, comfotable, and had great views of the Gulf. Everything we needed for basic nessities was provided.」

「This is a quaint bungalow condo. The house was immaculate providing for all basic amenities. It's important to keep in mind that the property is located on a marsh, so it can get a bit buggy during the summer months. Can't beat the location, especially if you have a boat! 」

「excellent Condo !! very clean and quality furnishings. Plenty of towels and everything provided. (There was no wine opener though, so I bought one and left in the drawer - probably taken by previous renter)Only downfall was that the town of Suwannee is still recovering from the hurricanes, so limited restaurants nearby and the channels for boating are compromised, so hard to navigate.」

「The dinning room table was sticky. I wiped it down but it did not help. The cable did not work on the big tv. The HDMI cord was enpluged for some reason. Plugged it back in and it worked fine. Cigarettes were not cleaned out of the ash try on the deck table. I don't smoke so it didn't really matter.」

「Great location, peaceful and relaxing. 」

「Spent one night in Cedar Key as a stop over as we headed down to Florida. Condo was so cute, furnished very nice and had a lovely view. The outdoor lanai is so relaxing for sitting on the deck having coffee or drinks. Check in was so easy and close to the downtown area. The downtown waterfront area of Cedar Key is still recovering from hurricane in 2024 but it's coming back. I would definitely recommend the Egret condo B202 in Cedar key as a place to visit. 」

「Our stay was more business than pleasure. The accommodation was more than adequate. Everything kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and bedding was well stocked and very comfortable. Our stay went well couldn’t ask for anything better. Very nice would recommend if staying at Cedar Key. 」
