「Very clean and modern」

「Our first stay at this location. The staff interaction was excellent. David was very professional and assisted us with great customer service. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. I found the ADA features frustrating as a non ADA user. There was plenty of room for two hooks on the bathroom door, but all heights were lowered for ADA. Our towels touched the floor,...

「My room was not clean. Found a few bugs in my room. The bed was not comfortable one bit. My back actually still hurts. The main reason for going there was the bar and the whirlpool. The bar was not open and the whirlpool was not working.」

「Hotel was convenient to stay at staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. There was a lack of maintenance bathtub. Cracked loose tiles in entryway and bathroom and TV remote did not work. Staff was very quick to resolve TV issues other than that the room was OK.」

「There were three pillows there that were firm three that were soft, and the bed was as hard as rocks. I couldn’t find my regular channels on the TV. And there was a soda spilt in the elevator. I had to find the caretaker because she was in the room with the door, almost shut and then she mopped it up and left a puddle of water. But there were so many nice things like a microwave a dishwasher pots and pans it was more like an apartment than a motel. But the pool water was cold.」
