“Without a lift, carrying luggage up the stairs is very inconvenient.”

“I like the accommodation, it's clean and comfortable. Some flights sounds didn't impact sleeping. There is a good fried chicken restarurant nearby(1min). Sadly the lagguage service can't be overnight even we will be back to visit again. Anyway I've put this hotel into my revisit list.”

“The place is beautiful and the staff are very helpful and friendly. But there were two issues: I awoke in the middle of the night to find that the blackout curtains didn’t work, which was an issue considering our room faced a well-lit parking lot. Also, we wanted to take the 7 am airport shuttle, but it was filled with a tour group so we would have had to wait half an hour, which was not feasible. So we had to pay an outrageous amount for a taxi.”

“Fantastic. An amazing use of space. Great amenities. 5 minute walk to the Theatre to see our show. So very impressed. Secure and parking(very reasonable) right across the street. We will stay here anytime we have an event downtown Toronto!”
