「Housekeeping was quite bad. I went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast at 10xx in the morning. I didn’t expect that the housekeeping would come clean my room that early. So I didn’t pick up the open but unused condom from the floor… the housekeeping picked it up and put it right on my necklace. I mean, the table was quite big. Why on my belongings😭 other than that, all the other staff were very professional. The hotel located at a very convenient spot. I especially love the kitchen! I ll...

「Our stay was very uncomfortable and we had either some type of bugs or mosquitos in the room. The shower had mold and the bathroom smelt sewage. The shower door didn’t close completely and the water went everywhere. The room was so uncomfortable and uncozy. The lights on the ceiling are bright like train station lights. The sheets felt 100 years old with soft and horrible texture.
In the beginning the team were nice and I didn’t want to make this review public but when the general manager...

「Property is nice and clean. Good sized unit and it is close to all the shopping and central points of Milan. Issue is the shared kitchen and if the other guests don’t want in honour the 10:30 quiet period it is extremely loud as the kitchen is just outside your door. Neighbouring guests were a young family that decided 12:30am was dinner time during our stay. Otherwise the stay was great and the manager was incredibly supportive.」

Hotel Cyrano
Hotel CyranoSaronno
10/10 優異
We had another wonderful time at Hotel Cyrano in Salono. Hotel manager Marco was as warm and friendly as ever! We felt right at home the moment we stepped inside. This was our second stay, and we've had a wonderful time every time! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is plentiful and frequently refreshed. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and features a two-level underground parking garage with ample and secure parking. This makes it an ideal choice for...
