“The room was ok. The carpet was dirty and sticky and the couch was quite dirty. No bare feet here and we wouldn’t sit on the couch. The Kerig didn’t have a long enough cord to plug in and there were no outlets by the bed. The property itself is under duress. We had a bad experience at the restaurant one morning. The staff, which were young teens had no customer service skills. My husband ordered his food which came in 10 minutes. Mine didn’t come for 35 minutes. Strike 1. The staff didn’t send……

“We usually stay at a Hampton Inn or Hilton property b/c of the standard and continuity between each. I saw the hotel did not have the best reviews but there are limited options in where to stay in Taos. A few observations - the cleaning staff kicked clumps of dirt around in our hallway rather than sweeping it up: they were very loud in the hallways in the mornings. Our room smelled "damp" and with a mold sensitivity, I was concerned. We had to run the AC at 68 to keep the smell down. We were……

“We had a lovely 5 night stay. The hotel was a very clean and well maintained. It was also quiet and comfortable with beautiful mountain views. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Drinking water from their own well was pure and blueberry muffins at breakfast were so delicious.”
