"Great stay. Clean property. Location is great for easy access to Legoland. Little details that don’t go unnoticed- laundry baskets, sound machines, plenty of towels in each room. Brand new keurig when original stopped working. Overall excellent host. "

"Every thing is perfect and especially for the kids. There are a lot of activities and fantastic displays. However there is no representative to speak to on sight for any questions. And you’d think well I’ll just dial zero on the hotel room phone for a question and no, no phone. Check in was by a guard at the shack and check out was automatically done. So I’d say fantastic otherwise. But no clerk is just kinda odd. They leave a flier in the room to call a number or text another number. The call number was no answer x2 and the text number did answer my question. But again found that to be odd. 30 bucks a day for parking added fee. Pirate Restaurant was great. "

"Excellent property had everything you couldThink of. Beds were comfy and appreciated coffee creamer etc . Even had syrup for our waffles. Highly recommend "

"It was a good experience overall. Some complaints would be:The pool didn’t run a filter so they shock it, the chlorine was very strong. Basketball hoop wasn’t playable bc the fence was too short and ball would bounce over the fence. No dishwasher was complicated at times. Great place for a stat of 2-3 days. "

"We stayed here for the convenience of location to Legoland. Our room was the Adventure room. It was at the very end of the hallway and looked like it hadn't been used in awhile. The shelves were dusty and the bathtub even had dust in it. The room was pretty dark. The bed was relatively comfortable. It is an older hotel that could use a refresh. The disco elevator was fun for the kids. Breakfast was good but the floor around the tables was very dirty. We left an item behind and were very pleased when it was found and returned to us (for a hefty price) but we were very happy to get it back. Very difficult to contact this property by phone. Communication online or via text is strongly encouraged/preferred by the property."
