“We stayed at the condo for our girls trip and it was top notch in every way! The beds were comfortable, the location was excellent for restaurants and shopping, and the beach was absolutely stunning! There are some communal storage bins out by the beach with floaties and sand toys which was great to have and the daily housekeeping was a nice extra. “We absolutely loved our time at The Grandview! Rachel was a highly communicative host and Adeline the property manager was so helpful! The location can't be beat--right on stunning Grace Bay beach, walkable to town, next door to a good restaurant. The condo itself was beautiful and roomy with a great balcony, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and unbeatable views. We especially loved watching the sunset from our beach. Highly recommend this place for your next vacation!”

“I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. ”

“Everything about our stay was wonderful! The resort was quiet, beautiful and steps away from the beach. Our condo was perfect for the two of us - newly renovated, exceptionally clean, well equipped with everything we needed… plus more! The king size bed was very comfortable, I might add. Our hosts, Collin & Kate, truly thought of everything. They emailed a comprehensive welcome packet to us before our trip and there is also a physical paper version in the condo, which we referred to multiple……

“Our state could not have been more perfect than it was. It is definitely the best unit on the entire resort. We did not know how perfect the location was when we booked it, but we could not have chosen better not only is it well decorated well stocked and very comfortable and clean. It is literally right in front of the coral reef that everybody comes to on the island. We will definitely return to this unit if we ever go back to Turks. Cannot recommend enough. ”

“First trip to TCI. Found this listing and booked it vs the hotels (Ritz, Seven Stars). Great location. Grace Bay is beautiful. Villa Renaissance was nice and well kept. This condo could use a little updating but overall it’s good. Super clean. Enjoyed our stay!”
