I did address the concern of the beach as I understand it’s nature, but i asked if we could move hotels to a sister property ( sands or the palms) and they responded by saying to contact Expedia and move to a different...

「The public areas of the property are aesthetically appealing, featuring a well-maintained swimming pool. Excellent access to the beach with lounge chairs is available. The front desk staff and restaurant personnel are both friendly and accommodating. However, the condition of the rooms is disappointing. The room I occupied lacked soundproofing; noises such as children shouting, footsteps from the upstairs guests, and conversations in the hallway were clearly audible and echoed into the room....
