The location was great in relation to the beach (walking distance) and the port for our cruise (just down the street). This unit is on the second level of a 4-plex, in case there's issues with climbing stairs. We parked in the alley way, behind the 4-plex; there was plenty of lighting and felt completely safe. 「2 blocks from beach, 15 minute walk to pier. Clean. Adequate size for 2 couples (one bedroom is bunk beds). It was perfect for one night before the cruise. 」

「Great communication from the host! Instructions were simple and easy to follow. The loft was clean and comfortable. We were right on the strand, exactly where I wanted to be for food and live entertainment. Best part was the distance from pier 25! I usually stay at the Harbor House because of the walk-ability. This loft was basically the same distance! Just be aware of the long staircase, if you have mobility issues.」

「I mean, the place worked for the purpose of overnight stay and being close to the port definitely surrounded by a lot of places to eat, but just really old furniture you know needs to be replaced and they did not provide a bath towel which I think is Ludacris. I purchased one and left it there. Hopefully they won’t wash it and leave it for the next guest, but that was the only thing I had to purchase a towel to dry off with the furniture is all worked like it’s been in a flood or something that...

「Beds were comfortable. Rooms were charming. Restaurant we went to was excellent.」

「The noise was very high at night from the neighboring units. They were probably just talking but we could hear them. The master bedroom could be rearranged so there could be nightstands to put a lamp and things needed during the night. I didn’t like having to charge my phone on the floor. The paper towel was the worst have ever used! The two-ply would not stay together. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves! 」

「The location was ok but the main reason to stay somewhere is to get a good night of sleep. With that in mind, the bed was too hard, the floors squeaked so bad in that we had to use the smaller bed in the back because it was quieter than the one up against the hallway. Also the soap dispenser in the kitchen was broken and there was only one tiny piece of soap in the bathroom. And only one washcloth. As far as parking goes, it was very hit or miss. I will not recommend this place. 」
