“Very lovely property thanks for having us”

“We stayed overnight for my birthday trip and it was everything we wanted and needed it to be. The cabin was gorgeous and had great amenities. Only remote thing I would’ve changed is more clarification on check out instructions as there were differences between the email, text message, and info inside the cabin. But again, that’s being super nit picky. We will definitely be back!”

“The hotel was absolutely amazing. It was like you were back in a time warp in the 1930s. They preserved the speakeasy where The billiard tables are. The decor is perfect for that time. They have the old phones and old phone booths. The elevators are classic. The service was wonderful. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The hotel is just amazing. The highway parking is easy. I just loved my stay and I would go back anytime.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay in Chattanooga. It exceeded our expectations. The Kinley was a very nice property and well located. Staff was great! The Company restaruant was so much fun. The rooms were very spacious, but there was no place to put anything. No dresser or drawers to put your "stuff" or anything you might have brought with you. Put your bags on the floor and bend over and root aroud every time you need something. Still, we enjoyed it!”

“Beautiful view from balcony. Walking distance to the Southern Belle Cruise, walking distance to the exciting part of town. IMaxx, aquarium, lots of places to eat, ”

“The place is great. Perfect location for the activities we had planned. The room was large, 2 king beds, small kitchen area, really nice. The only problem is the walls are super thin. Could hear housekeeping banging around in next room. That was a problem when we were trying to sleep in. The first night, a couple next door were really loud. Some extra installation might be needed. Other than that, we absolutely loved it. ”

“Just a one night stay. Room was clean and breakfast is provided at the restaurant in the front of the hotel. Worked good for us fairly quiet aside from some road noise. ”

“The suits were a little dated, kinda awkward layout in the bedrooms.. narrow path to the bathroom. Husband said it hotel smelled kinda musky on the second floor… BUT our kids loved the pool and the free breakfast. We will stay again. Can’t beat the customer service and price point! ”

“We were stayed one night at this hotel,it was very noisy and vibration because the air conditioner may have problems,so we couldn't sleep during night. Nearby no store,no restaurant. Breakfast was terrible too.”

“All the staff was very nice and accommodating! My favorite part would have to be the included breakfast. It was a nice blonde lady putting it out in the cafe. She greeted me and my husband right away and everything was fresh and fully stocked. Best breakfast experience I’ve had at holiday inn express by far! I’ve stayed at many holiday inn express’s too. The only thing that wasn’t great was the shower head needs to be cleaned a little better. It was full of gunk and hard water. Other than that……
