"Parking is the biggest issue as my van is too tall for their indoor parking which is only 1.8 meters something not mentioned at all in the listing also the contact number given on the hotels website is the booking office which closes at five so you can't contact the hotel directly. The room is well appointed and quiet."

"Fab location next to lime st station, clean and tidy, reception staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. Great when you want to go to the Christmas market. The hotel is on a hill though. I spend a lot of time in Liverpool and this is my go to hotel. It’s a gem of a place.dx"

"Had a fantastic stay at the Atlantic for my husbands birthday. One downside we had not been told to check-in our car registration number plate so we were given a £100 fine. Also had requested fridge in room which it was not. Had to contact Reception by messaging and this was not responded to so had NO fridge. "

"Stayed here for a second time and it’s a lovely hotel. Room was quiet. Stayed in the small double which was perfect for one person for a few nights. Bed was very comfy and cosy. Bathroom and shower were great too. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again if in Liverpool for it being a lovely hotel and in a great location. This hotel doesn’t serve breakfast which didn’t bother me anyway."

"Central location, helpful staff, clean room, amazing shower, great bar. It felt over-priced though - worn/grubby lime green carpet in the hallway, cheap cupboards that shut noisily, broken toilet button. Did not have the feel of a boutique hotel - more of a pricey budget one. Adequate but not glorious. "

"Most staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean only issue with the room was the lights above the bed were not working.spoke to reception so they gave me a standard lamp for the night as the maintenance were away home. Which worked well for me"
