“We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)!……

“Fantastic apartment. Great location - easy walk to the restaurants, sights, and shops of Old Town. Supermarket and coffee shop right downstairs. A few parking spots in front of the building, and finding street parking wasn’t a big problem during our stay in mid-October. Quiet at night. Check-in and out was clear and easy. Super!”

“Everything was perfect and exactly as it appeared in the pictures. We felt incredibly spoiled to be staying in such an immaculate and beautiful space. The Basilica House is stunning down to every last detail. The location is amazing. Chania is so beautiful. You will be in the middle of countless amazing restaurants and cafes and shops. “The apartment is really nice and the location is great. One of the bed was really comfortable, the other one is hard as rock. It missing an unbrella on the balcony. Between noon and 19h30 the sun is right on you and its way too hot without shade. I would of spent so much more time on the balcony. ”

“Amaxing place to stay. We had the family suite which is two rooms with an interconnceting door. Both rooms are beautiful, but the front room with the balcony overlooking the harbour is amazing. Locaton could not be better - you are minutes away from so many amazing restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms are beautifully furnished with top quality towels and toiletries and all so well designed. Nespresso machine and mini fridge too.”

"The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time. "
