A very nice stay

The reception was always helpful, when we needed any kind of advice. The room was perfect, and the cleaning was also spot on - with sweet and kind cleaning staff. The pool area and sun availability seems small when looking at the pictures, but in real life it was satisfying, and we didn't go a day without both options. We stayed there for 14 days, and was close to the city and harbor - the beach was a walk away, but alot of people there so sunbathing was done at the hotel.

This was a great place to stay! Dimitris and the rest of the staff were super accommodating and very helpful. They helped us organize rides to and from places in Chania when it wasn’t walkable and were very clear with their communication. Some of the nicest people to have as hotel staff. I highly recommend this place. It’s within walking distance to the old town, the beach, and restaurants in the city center. A great experience overall!

A 10-15 min de la vielle ville. En cette fin mai très facile de se garer le soir. Des mini supermarchés à proximité et marché dans une rue proche le mercredi (ne pas se garer) Immeuble à côté d'un parc et d'un terrain de basket: un peu de bruit dans la soirée mais silencieux la nuit ou le matin pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Salle de sport et table ping pong en sous-sol. Très propre, personnel efficace.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Room was perfect for one person. Great service from reception. Nothing was any trouble. Airport transfers perfect and the lady who does them was absolutely brilliant and very knowledgeable. Room was serviced everyday. Walk into the Venetian old port was about 10mins with loads of restaurants and shops. Walk to the beach was about 10/15mins depending on your walk speed. Christina beach was perfect for a day at the beach. Would highly recommend the hotel if you’re happy being away from the beach or town and don’t mind short walks. Bus station is 5 minutes walk away for going further if you wish too. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you again for a wonderful trip

To start, check in was easy and smooth. I had thought I got 2 quadruple rooms but one of them was triple. It’s tiny, with an extra bed and literally no space to walk. The quadruple room was very spacious. One of our rooms didn’t have a working AC and they kept saying they fixed it but they didn’t and the room was a sauna. The other room had a broken toilet seat and lid, we had to keep putting it back on. The reception area is TINY. I had 2 toddlers with nowhere for them to just roam. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone else with young kids. They also charged us a ‘country tax’ although our booking said everything was included. It wasn’t that much, but still.
