"We stayed here for one night. My husband had to fly out for business very early in the morning. We stayed in a king room on the third floor. Overall, the room was good. However, it wasn’t very big, there was not a microwave in our room, and we found a dirty dry crusty washcloth under the bathroom sink. The bed was also very uncomfortable with poor pillow quality. The soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided by the hotel all smelled terrific! The staff at the front desk in the morning was a group of bright bubbly ladies! Breakfast consisted of an automatic pancake machine, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, mini cheese omelettes, and sliced sausages. As well as a variety of bakery items, fruit juices, coffee, tea, and milk. Overall an average budget-type hotel close to the airport."

"Room was great and view from balcony was superb! Housekeeping came by couple times and refreshed towels and made the bed. No breakfast bar and I did not utilize the coffee area. Staff was great and always friendly. "

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. After a long day of travel, I arrived late at night and immediately ran into issues. The first room had an overwhelming, unbearable odor and had to be changed. When I got to my own room around 11 PM, I found it in a clearly unsanitary condition, including visible blood that indicated it had not been properly cleaned. At that hour, I had no option to relocate as I was traveling with two elderly men and their dogs, so relocating at 11:00pm was not an option and I had to stay. I ended up using my own pillow and blanket because I did not feel comfortable using anything in the room. This was not just an inconvenience, it was a serious cleanliness and safety issue. I would strongly caution others before staying here. This property failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness and guest care."
