"Very nice hotel. Excellent location just steps from the cathedral ad many museums, monuments. sculptures, many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. There is a very good restaurant on the top floor with views of the city. There is also a gym with free weights and bikes. There was an issue with the reservation that was my fault and the night manager, Ricardo, spent a fair amount of time making calls and emails while also helping other guests. Due to his kindness, diligence, and professionalism, Ricardo resolved the situation completely for which i was very grateful. He did an excellent job helping me. Thank you again, Ricardo."

"McDonald's with a huge play place was nice. Right down the block was a huge strip of bars and restaurants. An AMAZING breakfast spot called Desayunador Pajarito a couple blocks north is a MUST! Just make sure you bring your own shampoo and body soap as thiers are sub par."

"They say breakfast is included at the hotel, but breakfast is only available on weekends, and on other days, you can only order one plate of breakfast. If you want anything extra, it's quite expensive. They also say there is a meeting room, but when we used the room to meet with our company lawyer, we witnessed a loud argument between the employer and employee in the next room. When we warned them, the owner of the workplace said there was nothing they could do. There are coffee machines in the rooms, but they don't provide coffee capsules; you have to buy them separately from the hotel. The hotel has a small 9 m² pool. When we got in, all our swimsuits and belongings got covered in silicone because they had opened the pool without letting the silicone dry properly. They cleaned our belongings and returned them three days later, and we couldn't use the pool service for three days. They take a deposit upon check-in, and we went to the reception the day before and asked if we could check out a little late because we had a flight. After receiving a positive response, we checked out 20 minutes late. However, the arrogant and conceited fake office manager at the reception desk informed us that this was not possible and that he would have to deduct 1250 Mexican pesos from our deposit because we checked out late. No matter how much we tried to explain, he insisted on doing this and deducted the amount from our deposit. Many things like this happened, but our warning to hote"
