“The location can't be beat, and Joseph (the manager) was extremely responsive. We started out in the Blu Suite, which was very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, it was difficult to sleep due to the loud music blaring just outside until 2 am, the light from the street beaming in brightly, and the construction that began at 6 am. We expected (and had been warned) that there would be street noise, but this was beyond what we could comfortably handle. Fortunately, Joseph was able to move us……

“Muy poca limpieza en el hotel. El house-kipping no es suficiente para los cuartos y ocupación del fin de semana. Hacen el cuarto muy tarde. No tienen suficiente personal. La comida bien presentada pero no de muy buen sabor y escasa.
Lástima porque la propiedad y la zona están excelentes. .”

“We had our room cleaned every other day. Some days we would get new water bottles, replaced soap, refilled coffee and tea, but not every time. It was hit or miss. We were there for 14 days and as wonderful as the breakfast is, it is the same food already picked out for you, for 14 days. Variety would be much better.
