“Hotel lobby was hot and had a musky smell. The breakfast staff was so rude. I overheard her speaking down on an elderly man who was just asking where he could find the butter for his toast. I got up and got it for him. The container was on another table where the cereal was. Won't be staying here again.”

“ The safe can't be opened; I notified the front desk on Monday! No one has come to fix it yet.”

“There were ants in the bathroom, i told the front desk and they “sent someone”. Ants remained in the bathroom the entire stay. Laundry was not free even after buying detergent from the office. Also they put chemicals in the pool closing it for the holiday weekend. Breakfast was not very good and the organization of it was terrible to where it was impossible to get food without taking 20-30 minutes.”

“The front staff was nice. The rooms smells like mold. AC in room didn’t work well causing condensation on the floors and slippery. There were multiple dog on our floor that barked all night. The bathroom shower curtain was dirty. And the kitchenette walls were dirty. Beds were so uncomfortable and towels smelled. SC leaked all over floor and the fire system had water leaking.”

“The worst experience. This place felt uncomfortable with the unkept property outside and the rooms were worse. The first room had spider webs on the walls and bugs on the pillows and stained bedding. The floor hadn’t been swept and crumbs on the table and chairs. The shower stall had stains too. They tried to give me a second room, which was unacceptable there was an awful odor in the room. I will be disputing this with Expedia. My family and I left immediately. DO NOT STAY HERE!”

“Bueno no tengo nada que decir.Malo mucho 1 El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones terrible.Un ruido que no deja dormir y cuando se apaga un calor enorme. 2-Un solo elevador funcionando. 3- El desayuno muy poco variable y la fila para esperar es enorme.Se demoran en rellenar los dispensadores y todo roto.Y no vas a tener lugar para sentarte a desayunar. 4-Las máquinas de hielo ninguna funciona , los dispensadores de agua no funcionan. 5-Las habitaciones son de un tamaño razonable pero al……
