「When we arrived, we found our room full of dead bugs and filthy in other ways. The bathroom shower curtain had red mould, the glass door was filthy and the rug had some kind of stain. When we looked under the bed, rubbish had obviously been swept there to be hidden. We asked to be moved to a cleaner room, and this was accomodated, however, the new room was not much better.
