「Great location with well-appointed amenities. An overall excellent value. The only two things I would caution future guests about are the noise from the two bars located directly behind the property and the lack of soundproofing between units. While neither was a major issue for my husband and me, I do think they're worth mentioning. The bars were particularly loud on Friday and Saturday nights, and we could consistently hear guests in both the neighboring unit and the one above us. If you're a...

「Exactly like described. I’ve stayed at many Kiawah units. This one was basic, nothing fancy, but certainly acceptable. Clean and comfy. Very close to the beach, an easy 3 minute walk on a path.I usually stay at beach front properties but getting to the beach from this one was about as easy. Just a few more steps. Just no beach view. We had an internet issue upon arrival due to a cable underground bring cut by recent irrigation work, but our host had the internet provider come by and...

「Beautiful condo with breathtaking views. The unit was nicely decorated and pristinely clean. Host was so nice with great communication. We look forward to staying in condo again!」

「Great location! Excellent communication and quick response times. Unit is cute and has an amazing screen porch.」

「Lovely updated historic home. Nice appliances & features. Polite and prompt communication from the hosts. Great stay!」

「It was a very nice experience and we loved the interior of the condo. The porch was very nice too. We could see the ocean but our main view was of the pool area. This is great for some but I missed the serenity of just having the ocean view.」

「I love the property. The parking and finding the unit would be very difficult without the very diligent instructions the property manager provided. Made things so much easier. Great communication. Only issue we had was sleeping in the pull-out sofa bed - the streetlights make it very bright in the living room at night (where sofa bed located). If had black out shades I would add an additional star ;-)」
