Beachfront well stocked 1 bedroom sea cabin w/ beach view, pier, community pool.

A beach vacation paradise! This is a one bedroom, oceanfront condo on the second floor. This sea cabin can sleep five people with a queen bed in the bedroom, pull out sofa bed (new as of 2023) in the living room, and a built in youth bunk bed for kids in the hallway (full disclosure: these are youth bunk beds, which are skinnier than a twin, and I would not recommend children over 10 years old in them). The dimensions of the youth bunk bed are roughly 74"x25".
Enjoy the private balcony with ocean views, beach access, a pool (not heated) and fishing pier. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is a laundry facility in the middle of the complex. Located at the beautiful front beach on Isle of Palms with restaurants, shops, grocery store and ice cream stands all within walking distance. The Sea Cabins have the only private pier on the island and you are allowed to fish off the pier but will need a South Carolina fishing license. We provide 4 beach chairs.
There is free WI-FI and cable. The Sea Cabins are located just 20 minutes from historic Downtown Charleston, 30 minutes from CHS airport and 5 minutes from 2 world class golf courses in Wild Dunes!
*No washer/dryer inside of unit, only in the middle of complex which takes coins or you can use an app on your phone.
We manage multiple other sea cabins so ask about booking more than one!
**This condo is an elevated building with no elevator. This is a 2nd floor condo.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide we provide fresh linens, towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. We also leave a good supply of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap/shampoo, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. If you run out of any supplies, you will need to get more from the store.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo is updated and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I’ve never seen a condo so fully stocked before! Extra towels, blankets, pillows. I’ve stayed in several condos at Sea Cabins in the past and this was the nicest!

Family Vacation

This is our second time staying at this cabin. The cabin was very clean and just a short walk to the beach and private pier. We rented fishing equipment from Charleston Fishing Gear Rentals who delivered and picked up the fishing gear to us. Are family had a great tine swimming and fishing off of rhe pier. We will definitely return next year.

Fun stay

The location was amazing! Seeing & hearing g the ocean outside the condo was beautiful. Cozy size, beach access & pool were our favorites. Our issues were small: pull out bed wasnt super comfy and The beach chairs & umbrella were not usable, so I’d bring your own. The condo could use a really good deep clean but being on the beach and all the sand, it’s hard. Overall, would stay again!

Great little place!

Very clean & location was great. Slight hiccup with the hot water, and they came right out (on easter sunday) and reset the tankless hot water heater. An easy fix that I feel bad I didnt do myself, but I've never dealt with with a tankless hot water heater & didnt know any better.

Well maintained condo…….but horrible sofa sleeper

The condo was clean & well equipped & updated! The location was great!! Would have gave 5 stars but the sofa sleeper was not really a bed; it was like sleeping on a short couch with hard boards under your back!! Ended up sleeping on the floor!!

What a vacation

I packed like I was going to a some what stocked condo, when I arrived I quickly realized they have everything down to extra trash bags. This was our family’s trip to the ocean and this condo didn't disappoint one bit. IOP was so quiet and vibrant all the same time. We really enjoyed the location, the pool the private pier. Literally everything was perfect. Thank you so much for allowing our family to enjoy someone else’s slice of heaven. We drove from Michigan and let me tell you I would do it again and stay here in a heart beat. Highly recommend this condo. Thank you again!!!!

A Better Sea Cabin

We've stayed at Sea Cabins for years. They are all layed out the same. But, this one was the best equipped one we've experienced yet. All the extras were thoughtful...smart tv, chocolates, wine, water containers for the beach, beach chairs and much more. You cannot beat the location of Sea Cabins. But, this owner went out of her way to provide everything we could possibly need and more. Thank you for an enjoyable week that was badly needed. Hope to stay with you again!

Great place to stay in the middle of everything! Downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Sullivan’s Island and Folly Beach all easily accessible via a short drive. Condo is small but had everything we needed. Super clean and the owner left us some goodies to enjoy while on our vacation so that was much appreciated. Bunk beds were great for my kids, featuring a ladder and an enclosure to ensure no one would fall off the top. Master bed was comfortable. View from balcony was unbeatable. Pool was great for all of us on those 90-degree South Carolina days. Beach was fantastic as well. Great for kids. Short walk, water was warm and waves were small and ocean was shallow. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Robert!
