Country Hearth Inn Charleston hotels

"I booked a “non smoking room” and was given a room that smelled like an ashtray. AND the blanket and bedspread both had cigarette burn holes in them. I have stayed at a number of motel 6’s but this one was by far the worst. I emailed the hotel but my email was never responded to. "

"The staff was so accommodating. They brought up a box fan and rollaway bed which they set up and fixed for us. Pool area was fun, coffee shop was good. "

"The bathroom tub wasn't the cleanest and the floor showed signs of flooding probably due to shower door not preventing water from leaking and pooling which happened during my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful though. "

"A lovely, well positioned hotel, with all the old world Southern charm you expect from an old established hotel. The rooms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. The spa and restaurant are top notch and the staff very helpful. If you are staying in Charleston this is the place to stay at."

"The desk staff was very friendly. The room was very noisy because we could hear the people above us clomping around at early morning time. The room had 3 lamps, two of which did not work. The maids did not replenish the coffee service, so we called the desk to send some but it never came. The breakfast was so so. It was a dissappointing stay."
