Host is amazing, very responsive! Property is lovely, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and very safe! Close to Walmart, food stores, restaurants and more. 15 min ride into downtown Charleston! We loved staying here, it was perfect for our needs and cannot wait to book it again for our next trip to the low country.

Perfect spot to come relax at the end of the day after sightseeing in Charleston all day for a long weekend trip! The host was absolutely wonderful, we were able to check in early based on our flight time and she took care of everything for check out. Walmart is super close and made for a quick delivery for snacks and essentials we forgot to pack. It was so clean and thoughtfully furnished. Loved it!

Beautiful home in friendly, quiet neighborhood

Excellent for a retreat near the beach!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The setup was welcoming, everything was very clean and neat, and there is plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the beach is just a ten minute drive away. 10/10!

Location, location location-and a a wonderful host!

The location is perfect for Folly Beach, Sullivan's Island and Charleston. The house was immaculate! Well stocked. Was easy in easy out! Great communications with our host! Neighborhood is nice. Well kept, parking is for 2 cars, with street parking availability. I would highly recommend this property!

Great little condo in a neighborhood

The location is great, you are right on James Island, and not far from Folly, it was clean and accommodating, and the property manager was great to deal with.

Our ladies trip was everything we wanted in our get away. Did not know we would be in James Island, however it turned out to be great. We were away from the noise of the city and good location to Catholic church for Lenten Services and grocery store. The condo was beautifully furnished and supplied with all our needs, great hostess, I have never been disapointed with VRBO

Cute condo

Went to visit my son from college for February break and needed a place to stay for the weekend with the family, place was perfect for what we needed. Condo was clean and even thou small was roomy enough for a family of 4, the bathroom was really small to share with 4 but we managed.

Wonderful Location!

Property as described in listing. Communication with host is wonderful. Very easy check-in and check-out. Everything was very clean and comfortable. This is not first trip to the area. Location is close to the airport, King Street, Folly Beach and Isle of Palms. Walmart literally one minute away from rental. I enjoyed seeing two alligators in the water behind the property. Very safe, but I don’t recommend small children or pets near the edge of the water. Backyard fenced in. Neighborhood quiet. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Great Duplex

The house was very clean, had a great start-up collection of snacks, coffee, cleaning supplies and trash bags. Elena was great at communicating and was very accommodating on our later checkout process. It was exactly the size we needed for the few days we were in town and very conveniently located by Walmart, grocery stores, and fun places to eat! This home was just a short drive to Folly Beach area! Would definitely recommended this place!

Immaculate

The condo was clean beyond expectations. Everything you could have needed was provided. The snacks and coffee supplies was a nice touch. We were very satisfied. It is close enough to Charleston for daily trips. We highly recommend this rental.

Property as advertised.

Property was located in a very quiet neighborhood. Great access to stores and park. The property was well supplied with a coffee/tea bar, bottled water and snacks. Bathroom also had extra toiletries. One suggestion would be to add mirrors to the bedrooms as just one mirror in one bathroom.

Good clean place

It was great but the “house” was not entirely what we expected. It was a duplex in a neighborhood with many, many more duplexes but that being said, it was quiet and close to downtown. We really enjoyed our visit to Charleston. The property was clean and well kept. Could use a couple of comfortable chairs in the living room but we weren’t really there to hang out too much at the property. For the price and location, it was a great place. We enjoyed ourselves.
