Very nice place to stay. Clean, quiet and great location!Only thing negative I can say about our stay - the bed pillows were very uncomfortable. Other than that it was a great place to stay and we would definitely go back.

Location was perfect. Close to a lot of shopping, food and tourism. Suite was clean and comfortable, may be a tad musty. Water pressure in the shower was great which is not always easy to come by. I would stay with these owners again.

The Mod Suite was a perfect launch pad for me and my wife for our trip. The location was great since nearly everything we wanted to see and do was no more than a mile from the apartment. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all messages. We'd definitely stay here again in the future.

We were close to many of our planned destinations, City Market, Liberty Square and King St. Shopping and dining. Place was clean and comfortable. The two small refrigerators were useful.

Parking was difficult in the space for the unit, but there were other spaces in which we could park. The cost for the unit was comfortable, but the FEES are astounding. The exterior gardening could definitely use a refresh!It was so cute and comfortable inside, we enjoyed it. The location close to many places to eat was nice as well! The staff was great, easy to communicate with. Thank you!

Outside sitting area was filthy. The inside was clean. That said I would not stay here again. The dehumidifier is extremely loud. Tried keeping it off but the smells in the apartment come out. The instant hot water heater is very loud as well. Not a problem when we are using it but it is shared by other apartments and resides in a closest in the kitchen of our apartment. The hedges on both sides of the driveway encroach on the driveway and scrape against your car.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and having a parking space onsite is of course a big plus in downtown Charleston. The kitchen was well stocked for those who want to cook in. It was quiet at night, but be aware the neighbor’s landscaping spotlights stay on all night. There are a few minor maintenance issues that should be addressed (shower knobs set screws need tightening, Keurig coffee maker is not working properly, the larger refrigerator needs to be defrosted and sounds odd.)
