Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
No heat in the room. Bed also was in need of a new box spring...very noisy. Room issue was resolved by Stay Duvet quickly...they moved us to another room. No hot water as well as poor water pressure in the shower. We got by without showers.
