We had an amazing stay at this property! It was my first time visiting Charleston, and the location was perfect. It was walkable to shopping, restaurants, etc. The house itself was awesome too, all bedrooms were great, a stunning kitchen and great common area hangout spots. Those at stay duvet were also super helpful leading up in answering my questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Pure Charleston

The backyard was fantastic for our kids to run around amongst the palmetto trees and have our family meals. Everything was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. The balcony off the master bedroom was a huge plus as well- perfect for relaxing once the kids were in bed. The location is excellent as well, just a stone’s throw from king and downtown historic district. I’d stay here again anytime.

Great stay at The Spritz!

I stayed here with 2 other women to celebrate a birthday. The home had everything we needed, ample space, plenty of towels, all the modern conveniences. Delightful home and walkable to everything, shops, restaurants, the French Quarter. The hosts were very gracious and made sure we had everything we needed and answered questions promptly. I would definitely stay here again.

Walking distance that King street

Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, parking wasn’t a problem. We had a problem with the washing machine, and maintenance was prompt and fixed it within an hour. Great house, all in all!

Christmas in Charleston

Great house for an early Christmas vacation. Just a short walk/drive to shopping and top restaurants. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and comfortable furniture for movie watching.

Fantastic home for our family for a long weekend of running the Cooper River Bridge Run.

This home was so charming, comfortable and in a great location for our family. Lots of comfortable spaces to relax, wonderful kitchen with everything you would ever need, the backyard was perfect to relax after a long day of running, shopping and eating. The location was a short walk to King St. We will definitely book this gem again.

Wonderful house in a great location

The Spritz was a great house for our family vacation. Big open living spaces. (We set aside the coffee table because of our toddlers) Well stocked kitchen. Nice yard. And a great location. Rented a great crib and it fit nicely in the bedroom. I would rent this house again.

What a perfect place to gather as a family and celebrate the joy of Christmas! The accommodations were perfect! The location couldn’t have been better! The kitchen was a great place to cook and hang out together. The backyard and upstairs porch were fun places to relax! It was a beautiful holiday!

Location was great. Enjoyed the neighborhood. We had our dog with us and realized quickly, it's a dog friendly city. We took her everywhere! Parking was a little interesting but it all worked out great!!

Experience Charleston

Great refurbished home near downtown Charleston. My family enjoyed their time here. Everything was clean and organized. Communication was great. Property managers were somewhat flexible with our checkout time.
