"The staff members of the property are excellent. They are very helpful and attentive to our needs. My family agrees that they deserve the best comment here. The property is running a little dated, some furniture are not in perfect condition, but they are all functional. One site manager, Alex and his wife catered and were attentive to every need and requirement from arranging transportation and including organising flower arrangements and dinner banquet for our anniversary to celebrate the occasion. "I want to start off by saying that you are definitely getting your money’s worth when you stay here. The whole experience was incredible from the very beginning. When you drive up, it feels like you’re nowhere near anything, and then once you arrive, it feels like paradise. The staff really takes care of you. If you’re an English speaker, just be patient with them. No one has an attitude, and if you ask for something and they can do it, they definitely will. The room I got was right in front of the sunset — Room 211. You have your own pool with an amazing view overlooking the ocean and the sunset. The food is exquisite. If you’re just starting off, I definitely recommend the Wagyu burger. The steakhouse is also great — just keep in mind that if you’re from the States, the steak may be prepared a little differently. The general pool is great, and every time your room gets cleaned, it feels like you just arrived all over again. Overall, if I could live there, I definitely would. If you’re visiting, I recommend staying at least three days so you can truly enjoy everything the resort has to offer. "

Beautiful property, best location, perfect spot on the beach, room cleaned everyday, breakfast buffet has many choices, bar staff is excellent at beach and pool bar. We would definitely stay here again. And a big shout out to our bartender, Poe Chi, we will miss you!"

"Breakfast menu was wonderful, great choices of à la carte and buffet catering both Asian and Western breakfasts. Service everywhere was kind, extremely attentive and timely. The room is cleaned twice a day and left in pristine condition. You can call for a surprise of the day once a day for a treat brought to your door. The pool and communal areas are always clean, and the beach is paradise. Although it's located in the centre, it is still quiet as the resort is so large, and ideally located to go to dinner on the beach. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely return. "
