「The view from the deck high in the mountains is incredible. The location is amazing and close to all the main beaches. The house has everything you want and need. Close also to local markets. Definitely would stay here again. Does need some updating, but nothing that would keep me from staying here again! Perfect place to stay, location is everything!」

「Overall this was such an amazing house and even though the location was a bit awry for me at times by the 3rd day the roads didnt bother me a bit. The house itself was beautiful and was so comfortable to come back to each day/night. I even once this week said that i could permanently live at this location because i loved the house so much. The private beach was a bit rocky but was paradise for us when needed. We will be back in the future for another beautiful stay 」

「Amazing property and even better owner! Marcia was a dream to work with. She provided us with a wealth of great information about St. John, which was really helpful. She was flexible with our arrival, setting us up with water ahead of time and helping us with our car rental. The property was beautiful, exactly as the pictures showed. We loved it!」

「Stunning home with a million dollar view. The house is stocked with everything you might need. Beach closet has a cooler, pool noodles, and beach games. Rooms had nice big beach bags that were so helpful for the beach. Air conditioning worked great. We enjoyed the hot tub every night and the property managers are very responsive to questions. Will only stay here if we are fortunate enough to come back to St. John in the future!」

「We loved the location of the house bonus it was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was nice and large and gave us plenty of room to not be on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans along with plenty of small appliances to make cooking a breeze. The icing on the cake was the pooland patio area and the view was fantasticI would defiantly stay here again」

Location was great! 3 restaurants literally at the bottom of the hill (Sharkys, Surf Club, and Johnny Lime, along with Skinny Legs down the road) and the Dolphin Market grocery store. 「The property was great, very clean and updated. It doesnt have a view of the water, we were only staying one night, so it didnt matter to us. If you dont care about a view of the water this 4 room condo is excellent. Its very quiet and lots of wildlife in the trees.」

「The property has an amazing view! Getting to various beaches was not a problem with a rental car. 」

「We had such a wonderful time in St. John, and a big part of it was this home that we rented for the week. From the time I reserved it months ago until our check out and flight home, everything went extremely well. The owner is a great communicator, and was very quick to respond to any questions. The owner has a couple of people on the island, and one of them picked us up at the dock and brought us to the home. His name is Trevor, and he was a very professional and friendly representative. ...

「St Thomas overall has it's seedy side, but this house and it's location are perfect. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and has everything you could want. Well stocked, had over a dozen beach towels, and beautiful pool, comfortable beds and great location. Can't think of anything I would want that wasn't there. We had a new property manager, and that turned out great. So again, you can feel very comfortable that you will love this property, and the only thing you will hate is having to leave. 」
