Excellent hotel at what seems like a newly developed area. Room layout is as good as can be for my needs. Breakfast was decent. Indoor pool and jacuzzi big plus. Gym was ok. It was on the expensive side but I would definitely stay again.

Another great stay under the Homewood Suites brand. This unit in Charlottesville looks super clean and new, with spacious bedrooms, high quality amenities and delicious breakfast. Also, a very welcome complimentary self-parking, and a perfectly well maintained self-operated laundry room. Staff were always very kind. The neighborhood has several options of restaurants and supermarkets, it’s safe and very close to UVA and the charming downtown.
