“We were greeted with a handshake which is always a good start. Our hosts, Neil and Rosemarie were welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was a good one. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom and shower. We were pleased with the coffee machine and the fridge on the landing for the cold milk. “Convenient location to Lyme Regis and local pubs, exceptionally clean and well presented. Cara, the host, was friendly and helpful. Loved the cooked breakfast. Highly recommend!”

“Schone kamer, alleen was de ventilator zo vies dat er weinig verkoeling van kwam. Schoongemaakt en daarna deed ie het wat beter. Wel nodig, want het was erg warm op de kamer. Boven het restaurant, met 's ochtends een uitgebreid ontbijt(warm en koud). Parkeren gratis achter het hotel. Alleen het wasbakje in de badkamer was superklein.”

“Enjoyable 2 night stay with my mother in a spacious twin room. Room fan provided to help with heatwave. Ample room refreshments and willingly replenished, Excellent breakfast. The mostly young staff were friendly, very helpful and professional. The downstairs interior was modern and comfortable with a lovely, airy seaside feel. Kept very clean inside and outside. Nothing remiss here. Would stay again. Long stay parking initially not easy to find in Sidmouth but we were lucky to get one of the……

“A great breakfast, the room we had was next door to the two water heaters, making the room very hot indeed other than that a good stay and staff were very attentive, will definitely go again but not in the same room, breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal parking is good also with no extra charges.”
