“The rooms were quite large and nicely appointed. There was some kind of promotional event on at the hotel and I found our service was impacted several times at the bar as clearly the staff were catering to what looked to be influencers or reviewers. Another example was that when I was waiting for my husband to complete a call in our room, I inquired about getting some food at the bar and was told they only offered room service, which could not be delivered to the tables in the courtyard -……

“Quite nice hotel with easy access to city. Just the bathroom amenities is a bit too little for 2 persons. Friendly and helpful staff too.”

“Absolutely beautiful. Wonderful staff. A great surprise. Can’t wait to return. Everything was fantastic. ”

“Overall, it was an average experience—nothing particularly special.”

“Nice to have a small pool and many free parking places. This is a very good motel in Beaune and it’s 4 minutes drive to the center and great if you go to visit domaines”

“Staff was great and very helpful”

“The location was fantastic. Getting to & from was made easy by the front desk by providing our taxi service. Even with our 5:45 am start they greeted us with coffee & croissants to go. The rooms were nice and well-appointed with waters & juices too. Getting extra provisions like towels & coffee pods was quick and dependable. Overall I’d highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the charming town of Beaune.”

“Excellent location. Well equipped with laundry and dish washing machines. A nice surprise when we checked in. Host gave us an emergency ride to an event we booked when we could not get Uber or a cab. Great customer service!”

“Every one is good. ”

On checkin were told no internet because the cables were cut so had to use our own data. We asked about Daily Managers reception and they said they don’t know what that is. No welcome beverage offered. Breakfast was ok but the host touches the food with her fingers as she explains it to you. Sour liquid cheese, no yogurt Construction started at 8am and 7:30am……
