“Absolutely loved this place! Book it you will be glad you did! Love the history behind the Choo Choo hotel. The art deco theme room was like stepping back into another time. Enjoyed some time by the pool, and stopped in the restaurant for a to go dessert. Within walking distance to a bunch of great places to eat! Wish I could’ve stayed longer. ”

“We found the bed and pillows to be uncomfortable. The room was clean and looked as good as the pictures on the website. You are downtown so outside noise can be heard from the 6th floor. Most of the car noise ended around midnight.”

“This hotel is stunning. I rented the room for my daughter's prom night so she was in walking distance to her venue. I ended up booking a second room while staying here. The hotel staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms are spotless, bathrooms are great, beds are comfortable. ”

“This property is atrocious. It should be a Motel 6. It was filthy, there were homeless people fighting in the parking lot, someone was throwing bricks over the side at the parked cars. My grandson and I booked this hotel based of the the previous ratings. We were too scared to walk to our room. We left and booked a room at the Westin. ”

“Hotel was clean and very pet friendly. As soon as you enter, you'll see water bowls for your pup and out back there is a fenced in dog park area. It is a large.space for your dog to run and play. That was awesome to see!! We only stayed one night on our way through Chatanooga. Hotel bed was comfortable, which was great after our last hotel that had extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows (a different hotel chain, not this hotel or brand) We didnt go down for breakfast, the hotel was clean. As……

“It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! ”
