“This rental was advertised as an entire house, but upon arrival we discovered that the owner’s daughter lives in the basement. Because the sound insulation is very poor, we could hear almost everything, which meant there was very little privacy. We were also charged an additional fee for our dog, even though the listing states that pets are allowed. In addition, the living room furniture is outdated and quite uncomfortable. Had we known these details in advance, we would have chosen a……

“Pour nous, tout était parfait. On a trouvé que la maison était aérée et on ne se sentait pas du tout tassé en étant 8 personnes. La cuisine est bien équipée. On trouvait que c'était très tranquille comme endroit. Beaucoup de jeux pour vous amuser. L'endroit est propre et les lits, pour nous, supers confortables. Les propriétaires ont fait le suivi à savoir si tout allait bien. N'hésitez pas à louer !!”

“Chalet très propre et très fonctionnel. L'hôte répond très rapidement aux questions. Coup de coeur pour la véranda. Les voisins ont fait un peu de bruit pour des travaux, mais c'était tolérable. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour!”

“We enjoyed our four night stay at Martine’s home. She was very kind to purchase a portacrib and highchair for our baby’s use. The house has a comfortable living room and fairly large kitchen. We were an easy 15 minute drive from old part of Quebec City. We had a fun visit!”
