“I was in the area for a training and this wss perfect for a stay. The room was very clean. I was shocked that it had whole kitchenette, mini dishwasher and all! I am going to say upon closer inspection, there were areas it need improving, minor cosmetic things. The water pressure was amazing! Water stayed hot. There was even dishes, pots, pans, utensils, dishwashing soap, role of paper towels, sponge, coffee with coffee pot. I would definitely stay again! ”

“First place is very secure. Great location and easy to access. Accommodations were very clean. Bedrooms exemplary with soft mattresses and pillows. “The location couldn’t be better. Beautiful neighborhood community with quaint local restaurants and coffee shops and a surprising number of locals pushing strollers or out walking dogs. Only a 30 minute walk to downtown and famous historic sites or a quick 10 minute UBER ride. The residence was very nice! It is registered with the historical Society and they kept many of the older features with some modern upgrades.We will definitely be staying here during our next trip to Boston!”

“We enjoyed our stay here for a football weekend. The location (easy walk to Harvard Square) was a highlight, and it was a good value. Note that as the host mentions, it is an older building and so it has some quirks, particularly the stairs which might not be great for folks who have mobility issues.
