"The hotel was located in center area, very convenient. The breakfast is delicious with variety choices. The front desk staff Eliana is friendly and very helpful, our flight was 18:00. She kindly extended the check out time to 14:30 to accommodate us to catch flight with heaps of luggage’s easily on 3/12."

"We opted to upgrade to a suite on the 39th floor with a connecting room with two double beds. Service was amazing. The breakfast buffet at the Ritz is by far better than the two previous hotels we stayed at the week before. Abir from front desk gave excellent service and made us feel at home. My daughter even got a free Ritz Carlton stuffed toy (a lion dressed as a panda). So cute! We are Ritz fans now."
