「While in London, I left a bag of medicine in the lobby. I called several times tipi the MAIN number and got dumped into voicemai every time! That’s preposterous for a hotel that charges so much and,frankly, sells itself as business friendly. Even the Chelsea football club stays there prior to matches. Even calls to room service are frequently never answered. I e been going there several times a year since the mid-90s. It has slid downhill from a true five star as an original Conrad Hilton...

「Arrived London early at 8 am
am via international flight ….Waited for a few hours before getting the rooms we booked, despite seeing many people checking out early in the morning.
While waiting for the rooms, we visited the restaurant at the lobby for buffet breakfast for 21GBP but was told that if I booked the night before, it would only cost 18GBP. Well, the rigidity of the staff clouded the judgement that we have not got the room to ask for an advance booking for the breakfast buffet.
