“The hotel is split in two halves, in arrival it looks modern. However my room was int he old part of the hotel, which was run down. I had a wall directly outside of my window. I got food poisoning on my first night from the restaurant. Hotel was very noisy with neighbours enjoying adult activities all night.”

“I wish I have chance to visit the hotel but I didn't due to booking mistake. The Hotels.com and hotel staff are helping me for the cancellation refund and I hope to have further progress since there is not much new so far.”

“What a fantastic location to stay at right next to the racecourse, with excellent facilities and welcoming staff a very clean and comfortable room overlooking the racecourse. Had a small issue with the safe as we left belongings locked in it when we left. After contacting the lady on reception who was fantastic, we simply went back (2 hour journey ) and met the manageress of house keeping who took us back to our room to retrieve our belongings . Can't thank the team enough who went above and……

“On check in I had to wait until the room was ready but at least 5 couples checked in before me. They could have let me know when the room was ready instead I had to que up again. Other thank that all good clean hotel nice staff.”

“Surpassed all expectations just about .. My only slight criticism was that the children’s pool access was restricted to 8:30–10:00am, which felt quite limiting. Trying to fit both breakfast and a family swim into that short window and all by 10am made the mornings feel a little rushed. Overall, though, we had a fantastic stay and somewhere we would happily return to.”
