“Very cold no heating had to ask then ask again
They let us in to room early but it had not been cleaned so Covid is a bad risk as not been disaffected so would have rather left our stuff in the car until later”

“Valentines evening with overnight stay.
Check in easy, mostly done online prior to arrival. Room was good size and very clean, hotel situated along side of busy A55, but road noise in room was minimal.
Had small lunch and then dinner in the evening, the service from Heather was excellent, full of smiles and attentive, even though it was busy with the amount of staff they had on serving. She just gave that little bit extra that made you feel well looked after and that she care about your……

“Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious..
The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well.
The breakfast was really good……

“Had such an amazing stay! The garden view room was beautifully decorated and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The spa had everything you could need, and the outdoor jacuzzis were perfect—especially with drinks served right to you from the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!”
