「Overall, we had a very good stay at the Hilton. My only observation for improvement is that more luggage carts would’ve been nice. They seem to not have enough for their guest and in the morning the elevator stopped working for coming up so you had to find a stairway and use that, but other than that, the hotel was clean and we felt safe staying there. It would be nice if they could provide a continental breakfast as well, but there was food available on site at cost.」

「We booked a suite with a hot tub for the weekend and for the price it was excellent. The location was easy to locate with plenty of interesting things within driving distance. We came for the asian festival but prices were too high in the downtown area so we drove about 20 minutes and saved a lot with the booking. Plus we had a hot tub! My room was dirty when i walked in. sticky liquid stuck to the walls, light switches were sticky and gross. the carpet was covered in crumbs and dirt and the AC machine was covered in mold and didn't turn on( not that i would have anyway) someone peed in the elevator on my first day there and after a 4 day visit the elevator still had not been cleaned. 「My 1st time staying with this chain,but I definitely will be returning.the room was very clean,they offer buffet style snacks(pulled pork sandwiches,hot dogs,nachos,etc.)on Saturdays from 5:30-7:30 at the establishment i stayed at.but i also appreciate the customer service,they pay attention to detail.but if you never stayed with this chain before,give them a try you won't be disappointed」
