“My wife and myself have rented many VRBO properties and have a top raying as guest. Unfortunately after driving for eight hours we found out the access code to the property did not work. The host did not respond to our messaging. We called vrbo customer service, they could not contact the host either. VRBO offered us assistance in finding another host and covering the cost of a higher price. That was wonderful. Due to the late time of day we declined and was given a full refund. Great job by……

“The ad was pretty deceiving and the outside parking / driveway didn’t look like the pictures. there were ants or some kind of tiny bugs crawling on the floor in and around the bathroom. There was only enough hot water for one person to take a short shower and there were 3 of us that needed showers so we were left to take cold showers There were no pillows , just pillows with shams on them , so who knows if the shams had been washed. There were only 3 towels in the bathroom . And there were no……

“We loved this cozy town home. It was very clean and pleasant. There were some nifty features such as remote control fans, a vibrating massage chair, and an artificial fireplace/light feature in the master bedroom. We had neighbors in both surrounding units and we could not hear a single sound from them. Communication with the host was excellent! Would definitely recommend. There was access to everything we needed nearby. ”

“This was the worst experience I’ve had renting an RV.. we’ve rented them from other sites and they’ve always been at RV parks or campgrounds unless it states otherwise in the listing.. no where did it say where this was located.. my stomach dropped instantly as my daughter and I pulled up to a man standing outside the home where the RV is parked. I didn’t get any check in instructions. The RV looked nice but had a weird smell but to be fair we only stayed for about 10 minutes before my gut said……
