“Everything was dirty( bet, sheets, pillow, shower room) Shower does not work due to no lever The only amenities provided were water, soap, and a bath towel. No tissues or toilet paper. I will never stay at this hotel again, nor will I use Fab Groop again.”

“Excellent buffet breakfast! Location was perfect for me close to the airport. Room is large and very comfortable with all the modcons required for a pleasant stay. I checked out the pool temperature which was perfect for the extreme heat outdoors! The staff were exceptional especially the restaurant and security team. Very hospitable and accommodating. “I have stayed at this hotel many times and have been a regular guest, visiting almost every month. The staff and manager are always helpful and responsive. During this stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was not working, but it was fixed quickly. Room service also forgot one of my orders, and I had to follow up after waiting for an hour. However, my biggest concern is the early morning noise. For three consecutive days, loud local music started at around 5:50 a.m. This seriously affected my sleep,……

“We arrived after visiting Ellora Caves. There is no road to the hotel and it's very dangerous to get there. Once we arrived, the hotel staff did not have our reservation. There was no manager on site and the staff could not get in touch with the manager. There was no food or drinks available so we had to go to town to eat. The main boy, Rahul, was very hospitable and accommodating. If it was not for his willingness to check us in and help, we would have left. There was a fan and AC and the bed……
