Overall, a great stay! The property was clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, Google assistant to play music, and a towel warmer that made it feel extra cozy. Shops and Restaurants were near by, but still the neighborhood and building were quiet. The only small inconvenience was finding parking since there wasn’t a designated space. I’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent host with good communication & he does some extra things for the guests! The place is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is super nice & he provided coffee, cream & sweeteners. The outside is landscaped and decorated for the season! Overall an excellent place to stay in Chicago! Plus for me was it is close to my daughter’s house!

Safe, quiet, comfortable, and clean! We had everything we needed. As others have said, parking was tricky, but I found a spot on the corner, then was able to move right in front of unit first thing in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic! David was very accommodating in letting us put our luggage in a safe environment until we were ready to settle in. The entire atmosphere made you feel at home. Everything was very clean and organized. The kitchen was great with all the condiments needed for the Keurig coffee machine. The bathroom was very well stocked with towels and toilet paper. All of the soap, shampoo and conditioner containers were labeled neatly. He also has one of the best looking lawns in the neighborhood. It is obvious he takes pride in this property. We would stay there again given the opportunity. Thanks David for making our stay comfortable.

I would like to thank David for the helpful information he provided to us prior to our stay—it made our trip much easier. We had a wonderful time in Chicago.The apartment is clean, well-kept, and located in a very convenient area. It had everything we needed for a quiet and comfortable stay.
