The breakfast was good and convenient for us. Saved us some time and money to eat here while there was a variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly with us and we enjoyed being there.

Only one elevator worked for a crowded hotel. At times two worked but they were sporadic. We stayed 3 nights and the elevators were a constant issue with many guests. Even when they did work, strange noises and concerns when on them did not build confidence. It is unknown why the issue were not addressed. Other than this issue, the hotel was nice with clean rooms and attentive staff. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room didn't include any amenities like a refrigerator and a microwave and the TV service was very poor. I paid a lot of money to stay at this hotel and it they couldn't even supply the simplest amenities I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

Only 1 elevator available for use. Rooms not really clean. Ran out of shower gel . No house keeping unless you ask. Rooms very damp due to the air conditioning. Everything feels damp in the room. Front desk staff wasn’t able to find my reservation as well.

The Hotel was nice and clean but sadly the service wasn’t great. We asked for a couple towels, never got them. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty, we asked for it to be refilled, never happened. These aren’t giant issues but as always it’s the small things that count. I don’t want to come off as totally negative because in general the stay was fine.

I left my scarf in the room when I checked out. It was a bit expensive scarf, and it had a sentimental value to me, because it was a gift. I called immediately while I was still at the airport. No specific information was given to me. It felt like the conversation I had with the front desk was left hanging. I called after 2 days to follow up and just finding out that there was a process. I finally got a case number. The only positive thing in this experience was, the Lost and Found responded to me promptly, even though the response was not pleasant. They said, they did not find it.
