Nice location. Would stay again. Felt safe walking to Loop and up Magnificent Mile till 9pm. Easy access to Brown line and buses for travel to Loop, Logan Square and Fulton Market. AC and Wi Fi with no issues. Host easy to contact

The owner could not have been more cheap. No bedside clocks, the bath towels were the size of had towels, the soap in the shower was tossed on the floor. Painter tape still on the walls. ETC. any motel has more attention to details. It spoiled our stay at a nice unit.

Check in was a pain. It’s 100degrees out and the a/c doesn’t work correctly. They were kind to move us to another unit but al in all it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

The unit was in a great location. It was pretty much close to anything restaurants, stores, the train.They need to upgrade their towels. The bath towels were horrible. They were so small and thin and left lent all over me. I did communicate this to them and was told that would send new towels but that never happened! The outdoor space is great but the balcony could not be enjoyed because they had no furniture outside to sit on. I would suggest maybe get a couple of chairs for out there because it is a lovely space. We went to the roof since we could not sit on the balcony and it is very nice up there during the day, but as it got cool we had to go back inside because the gas fire pit did not work. We let them know about this as well but again it was never resolved. The weather was wonderful and it would have been nice to have been able to enjoy it more!
