“Clean, cool rooms, food was good.”

“I wanted to stay in the room. Two days after I sent a message, when I had to check out, I was told that there was no room. Parking was not allowed at the street gate on Thursday morning, and I received a ticket from 7:30 a.m. When I checked in, I was not reminded that I could not park between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. After the feedback of the problem, the customer service did not reply.”

“The house was good for our needs, we enjoyed it, and the communication with the host (Henry) was excellent, plus he was always available and expedite in helping us. We were able to enjoy our time in Chicago at this property! The microwave had a dirty tray, so we washed it before use it. Also the kitchen countertop needed a cleaning before using. And there was many of those places with hidden dust around the house (behind the table, for example) - I understand Chicago's dirt is hard, but it was……
